Twenty-two years later, the company name is on the truck, but the standard hasn’t changed. Jeremy still walks the buildings. He still answers the phone. He still knows which pastor likes the sanctuary vacuumed in a certain direction and which office manager wants the breakroom counter wiped down — not just cleared off.
And his dad? Still in the business. They talk every day. His father handles the books and the paperwork — the stuff Jeremy would rather take a punch than deal with — so Jeremy can stay where he belongs: in the buildings, making sure the work gets done right.

Fresh Floors Janitorial specializes in two things: floor care and facility cleaning for commercial buildings across Greater Cincinnati.
Floor Care — Strip and wax, scrub and recoat, low moisture carpet cleaning, hot water extraction, hard surface floor cleaning for ceramic, natural stone, epoxy, and specialty commercial flooring. The equipment is commercial grade. The products are professional line (Buckeye Clarion 25 with Microban, Scot Labs FoamDry 2X). The results speak for themselves.
Facility Cleaning — Nightly janitorial for offices, churches, and manufacturing facilities. Restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, trash, dusting — the things that make your building look like someone actually cares about it.
